As a certified Mind-Body Medicine Group Facilitator, Vernicca leads groups in mind-body medicine techniques that add tools to your toolkit to navigate stress, anxiety, and emotions in a healthy way, including mindful eating, guided imagery, soft-belly breathing, forgiveness, and many more!   Groups of 10-20 are ideal for a 8-10 week Wellness Group experience to transform personal healing and deepen interpersonal relationships.  Organizations can prioritize their team’s emotional well-being by providing this opportunity to departments and/or interested individuals on a regularly-scheduled basis to improve their personal wellness, while also improving productivity, workplace communication, and turnover rates.  Positive workplace culture doesn’t create itself…Be Intentional with Wellness Groups!
