Groups of 10-20 are ideal for a 8-10 week Wellness Group experience to transform personal healing and deepen interpersonal relationships. Organizations can prioritize their team’s emotional well-being by providing this opportunity to departments and/or interested individuals on a regularly-scheduled basis to improve their personal wellness, while also improving productivity, workplace communication, and turnover rates.
